  1. Programme

    Set up a workshop once as a series: every Tuesday evening, every other week or as a two-day weekend. The dates are created automatically, each with its own number of places and a waiting list for when it fills up.

  2. Booking and payment

    Guests pick an evening, fill in their details and pay in full or a deposit through your studio’s own Stripe account. The system asks for the balance later, with a reminder and a pay button.

  3. Gift card

    The office issues a card with a code, a balance and a validity. The guest redeems it when booking and you see where each card was used.

  4. Groups and companies

    A company books on invoice, with its VAT number and purchase order. The participants’ names can follow later.

  5. Cancellations

    Choose flexible, moderate or strict. When someone cancels, the system works out what the guest pays and what is refunded. You refund with the button on the payment.

    €119 + 4 × €19

The base of €119 covers the administrator, the office and two active staff members. Each teacher after that costs €19 a month. Set a teacher who takes a break to inactive.

Can someone give a workshop as a present?
Yes, with a gift card. The office issues the card with a code, a balance and a validity. The recipient redeems it when booking. When the card covers everything due now, the booking is confirmed straight away.
What happens when a workshop is full?
The guest joins the waiting list. When a place comes free, you decide who moves up.
Does the booking page match the style of my studio?
Yes. Your logo, colour and font appear on the booking pages, the guest portal, the emails and the invoice. That is part of the base.
