Outdoor tours and rental on one calendar

At nine, twelve kayaks go out on the river and by four they need to be back. The places per day, your stock and your guides’ schedule sit on one calendar in Superota.

  1. Day booking

    A kayak tour gets a maximum number of places per day and 0 closes a day. With a closed calendar a tour is only open on the days you choose.

  2. Rental

    Kayaks, boards or bikes by the day, half day or hour. The guest sees straight away how many are free and what it costs. Each day you get a list of what goes out and comes back according to the bookings.

  3. Waiver

    Everyone coming along signs beforehand in the guest portal. Anyone who forgot at home signs on a tablet at the desk. Per booking you see who still has to sign.

  4. Guides

    The office sees per week how many tours there are and which are still unstaffed. Guides report time off in their app and see their colleagues and the day’s participants there.

  5. Hours

    The schedule gives one time entry per day of each assignment, at the guide’s rate. The office approves and exports the month to Excel for payroll.

Rental with stock and hours with payroll export are two paid extras that you switch on and off by the month. Set guides who have the winter off to inactive.

questions and answers

Can a guest rent a kayak with a tour?
Yes. Gear can be added as an extra to another service. The guest picks the number and it counts for all days of the booking.
Can I close a day?
Yes. Set that day’s capacity to 0 and it can no longer be booked.
What does a guide see of the guests?
Names, age, language, experience, medical notes and the answers meant for them. Prices, payments and guest email addresses stay with the office.
