From the first lesson to the camp weekend, your surf, sailing or dive school runs on one system. Guests book and sign beforehand. On the beach your instructors see who is in their group, even without signal.

  1. Courses and camps

    Lessons, a course week and a five-day camp go in as a series. A guest books several weeks in a row and you split a large edition into groups by level, each with its own instructor.

  2. At booking

    Ask each participant about experience, level or size. The answers travel with the booking to the staff app and the staffing proposal.

  3. Waiver

    Every participant signs at home in the guest portal or on a tablet at the desk. For anyone younger than the age you set, a parent or guardian signs.

  4. Instructors

    For each lesson the staffing proposal finds the instructor who fits best, on skill, the guest’s language and a fair spread over the week. An expired certificate triggers a warning.

  5. Gear

    Offer a wetsuit or board as an extra with the course. The system counts the stock and a booking holds its wetsuits from the moment it is made.

In summer a whole team works the beach, in winter a handful of people. Anyone switched off costs nothing. At the end of the season you set all your instructors to inactive in one go.

questions and answers

Can a guest book a private lesson with an instructor?
Yes, as a time slot. The guest only sees times when an instructor is actually free and picks who they want, or you assign someone later.
Does the staff app work on the beach without signal?
Yes. It is a web app on the home screen of the phone. The Today screen stays readable without signal, with time, meeting point, colleagues and participants.
Can a parent sign for a child?
Yes. You choose the age below which a parent or guardian signs. Each signature records who signed and as whom.
