An HR manager asks for a team challenge for 35 colleagues and will send the names next week. The quote, the acceptance and the invoice to the company all run through Superota.

  1. Quote

    Make a quote with a line per activity and date, at the agreed price. The company gets a PDF with the VAT per line. Record the acceptance and all bookings are there in one go.

  2. Fixed dates

    A city game or bubble football on fixed dates goes in as a series. Smaller groups book those online themselves.

  3. Hosts

    Put several staff members on one outing and split the participants into groups, each with its own host. Everyone sees the participants and the meeting point in the app.

  4. Invoice

    The invoice is in the company’s name, with its VAT number and purchase order. An EU VAT number is checked with VIES and your accountant gets a copy.

  5. Hours

    With one click the office creates the hours from the schedule for everyone who hosted an afternoon. Then you approve them and download the monthly overview.

questions and answers

Can a company pay by invoice?
Yes, per activity. The booking comes in as a request, you confirm and the invoice goes to the company.
Can I charge a price per group?
Yes. A service has a price per person or per group, with a supplement for each person above the number the group price covers.
When do the participants’ names need to be in?
The contact person adds them in the guest portal, up to the number on the booking. A booking for a company keeps its places until it is paid, cancelled or declined.
